Making A Purchase When you see an item you wish to purchase, CLICK the 'ADD to Trolley' button. You can view and amend your orders at any time. You will be automatically returned to the catalogue after each item purchased. When you have placed all your requierd items into the trolley, you then proceed to the CHECKOUT where you will be asked details about delivery address and payment method.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Mastercard, Visa ,Switch Delta, Solo, Maestro and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you are unsure about giving your credit card over the Internet, you can telephone or FAX it to us or send it via e-mail. Shipping And Handling We do not charge for handling. Postage charged depends on the overall weight and will be shown at the checkout. Please note that second class post is only available up to a total weight of 750 grams.

Orders over £150.00 will get FREE POSTAGE. Some individual items also have FREE POSTAGE and these are indicated in the catalog.

Delivery Schedule Goods in stock will be delivered immediately. Other delivery times will depend on our suppliers but we do not envisage any longer than 7 days. If this causes any difficulty them please contact us.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added as appropriate to the item eg some foodstuffs are zero-rated. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
